Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses will be an additional cost if location is anywhere an hour outside of Richmond. This helps me with the drive time, parking, gas, & tolls (if needed).
For example:
30-60 miles (Charlottesville, Fredericksburg areas) = $25-$75
1-4 hours (VA Beach, DC, out of state) = $75-$200
Are there any payment plan options available?
When booking in advance there are more options on payment plans. Sessions must be paid for in full, 24 hours before the day of your scheduled session but can be split up depending on when your scheduled date is. Please make sure you are paying your deposits to confirm your session.
For weddings, be sure to let me know in advanced if you want to do the payment plan option. $250 is required to confirm your session date with me but payments can be sent bi-weekly or monthly until the scheduled wedding date.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Absolutely! Please reach out before you book a session so that we can make sure all of your needs are met. The more details in your inquiry, the more I'm able to best assist you! I try to always send a questionnaire beforehand that helps me, help you. Pinterest board of inspo for your dream sess is a plus :)
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Sneak peaks for all event packages and standard sessions can be sent within three days. Final photos can have a three-week turn around for any mini or standard session. Event packages can take five-six weeks. If adding film to your services, keep in mind film can take longer to be delivered. The film has to be filled up before sent out so delivery date can be TBD. I work full time outside of my photography so I get as much done as I can. During the summer months, my delivery time does give me more flexibility to get you those galleries out quicker!
